Booking Conditions
Forward bookings are accepted for a maximum of twelve months ahead.
When a reservation is made, a deposit is to be paid within seven days to confirm booking.
The deposit may be paid by cash, money order, cheque or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted in person or by phone:- Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Diners Club.
If the accommodation is required within seven days of reservation, deposit must be paid immediately ---- note telephone acceptance of credit cards
Deposit to be $60 or 50% of booking up to maximum of $200
Arrival Time - 2.00.p.m. or after.
Departure Time - 10.00a.m.
No animals are allowed in or about the units.
Rates as quoted on our tariff sheet are subject to change without notice, however the tariff as shown on the deposit receipt will be that charged .
Nagambie Motor Inn & Conference Centre does not sell lease or exchange personal information with any other 3rd Party.
Cancellation Policy
Direct Bookings
Before 14 days of arrival , refund in full less $20 booking fee.
Between 14 days and 3 days of booking refund in full less $20 booking fee if unit is relet.
Within 3 days of arrival no refund
No shows ----- No refund.
No refunds or reductions, for departure earlier than booked departure date.
Bookings Through Travel Agents
If booking through a travel agent, please check the individual agent's cancellation policy.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED
Rates as quoted are subject to change without notice.
The owner reserves the right to cancel any booking, if a deposit is not received within 7 days of booking.
Immediate deposit required if booking is within 7 days of making reservation.
